Bad customer service experience
I really do like the app - thank goodness I dont live near my home teams so I can watch their games. But I had an issue the other day and called in. The rep was short with me, trying to put me in my place, and never answered my question. Finally after him scolding me for off-topic issues, I told him my question hadnt been answered. He said he didnt know and put me on hold to figure it out. I hung up after a while of waiting and figured it out myself cause Im a genius. But seriously, unimpressed with C.S.
